Our beginnings…
Targer Realty began in the early nineties as a suburban Bryanston based agency trading as Townhouse Realty.
After trading as Townhouse Realty for 14 years, a substantial team of skilled agents and management staff merged with Targer Properties and the new entity was re-named as Targer Realty (Pty) LTD in January 2006. At this point, Neil Vorster took over the helm and has steered the ship ever since.
We have specialised in the leasing, sales and management of townhouses and clusters in the Sandton, Fourways, Northgate and Weltevreden Park areas.
Neil is a seasoned buy-to-let investor and has recently co-founded Organic Growth, where he serves as a director and resident investor coach.
We have managed townhouses and clusters for over twenty years and pride ourselves in constant improvement to our systems and levels of service provided to our clients.
